Under Water Coral Reef

With the new Illustrator CS5 I couldn't get the image set in 225 Green, even though it's set to RGB format.

Here is my image. I had trouble near the end with it came to making sure it was in 225 green. I was able to get the stroke to .25 no problem but I'm not sure if this will be able to print from the vinyl cutter.
